Learn this technique using indigo, a natural blue dye, to turn four white napkins into pieces of art. Students will learn five tying techniques that create unique patterns, focusing on folded, tied, and clamp resist. They will also learn how to prepare the dye vat, complete the dyeing process, and turn their napkins into other pieces of art such as accent pillows, wall hangings, and framed art.
