Vision board ceremony is new approach to manifesting change

Instead of trotting out the same old tired New Year’s resolutions, maybe it’s time for a different approach as 2016 unfolds.

Women of the Central Coast are invited to take part in a vision board ceremony. The goal of the event is to create a vision board out of magazine cutouts that calls to the maker. While people usually create a vision board with words or intentional imagery, this event will ask participants to tap into an energetic openness, and from there use images that call to them for no particular reason. This allows participants to tap in to their intuition and the meaning of the board evolves and becomes apparent throughout the year.

The cost is $47 per person, and the vision board ceremonies will be held on Jan. 10 at 1 p.m. at mBody Yoga Studio in San Luis Obispo and on Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. at the Holistic Movement Center in Morro Bay. Visit alexmilaychev.com for more information.
