New Times: What is the daily traffic like at the mission? About how many visitors do you get?
Soto: The museum is very busy. We get at least 100 visitors every day.

New Times: A lot has changed since the 1700s. Who currently owns and operates the mission?
Soto: The mission is owned and operated by the Catholic church. The person in charge is Father Russell Brown. He makes all the decisions for the church.

New Times: Are guided tours offered at the mission or do people explore the grounds on their own?
Soto: Both. A lot of people take guided tours and sometimes people do it on their own.

New Times: What types of schools are operated by the mission?
Soto: We have an elementary school and a high school and they are both regular Catholic schools.

New Times: Is there a time during the year when the mission is busiest?
Soto: During the summer it’s always busy. It’s a seasonal place. When kids are out of school and have leisure time during the day it is usually the busiest.
