3 Ways With... A Healthy Cooking Class Series

When: Third Friday of every month, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Continues through Jan. 1 2020

Each month our Chef will take one seasonal ingredient and show you how to prepare it three different ways. Discussion and demonstration will include guidance on how to purchase, where it falls on the “Dirty Dozen” list, how to handle, and then prepare three recipes.

Price: 20 or free to those who are ill
