NEW TIMES: How did your “Happy Singles Appreciation Day?” on Valentine’s Day go?
DAVIS: Oh my goodness, it was awesome. It was nonstop and booked solid. That night we were hosting a special four-course meal, with four different options.
NEW TIMES: Are there any new events you’re planning?
DAVIS: Well, our restaurant is continuing the special from January Restaurant Month: a three-course dinner for only $30. Our chefs are constantly changing the three-course meal, depending on what is the freshest catch of the day.
NEW TIMES: What kind of live music do you have?
DAVIS: Jody Mulgrew hosts our Martini and Music Mondays. We have $3.95 Martinis available while Mulgrew’s provides a relaxing vibe.
NEW TIMES: Are you hosting any other specials during the week?
DAVIS: Besides our Martini and Music Mondays, we have Oyster Tuesdays, when we have oysters on the half shell, oyster shooters, and fried oysters for 65 cents each. Wednesday nights we host our Sliders and Beer. We have three different mini hamburgers for $8 and all of our beers are $1 off. Finally, we have Thursday Night Flights, where our sommelier, Chris Battles, creates two to three different wine flights ranging in price from $12 to $15. We would like to encourage our guests to speak with the executive chef so he can pair your cuisine with your food for a fantastic culinary experience.
