Cajun Sunday Dinner Class

When: Wed., Dec. 19, 5:30-8:30 p.m. 2018

During this interactive class, guests will learn about the history and culture of the meal. Menu: creole cornbread, cucumber and tomato salad, chicken fricassee with rice and sweet potato; and pecan pie. Be prepared to stand and cook.

Price: $50 per person; plus $10 material fee
