The antioxidants in soy may even benefit asthma sufferers. And unlike meat, eggs, and dairy products, soy is cholesterol-free, low in saturated fat, and has cardiovascular benefits.
So skip meat, eggs, and dairy products and enjoy tofu, edamame (soybeans), tempeh, soy milk, veggie burgers, and other tasty soy foods.
