This delicious, pretty pink wine is a great choice for sipping while sitting by the pool or on the front porch during a warm summer evening. I enjoyed the wild strawberry, raspberry, and tangy cherry notes that are nicely offset by zippy citrus and spice notes. It’s way too drinkable on its own, which makes it a great aperitif. It’s also an excellent choice for the table; serve it with fried chicken, Caesar salad with grilled salmon or prawns, or a cheeseburger. Available at Eberle’s Paso Robles’ tasting room, it’s a very good buy at $17 retail.
