Spring clean your body and mind with an Ayurvedic lifestyle overhaul. Local Ayurvedic specialist Holly Padove will hold two clinics on March 24 at the Yoga Centre in SLO and March 31 at Central Coast Yoga in Arroyo Grande. Padove will discuss techniques for cleansing the body with food, herbs, and exercise. The classes will also feature a general determination of your "Dosha" or Ayurvedic constitution. Don't miss the 26th annual polenta dinner at the Santa Rosa Catholic Church in Cambria. Volunteers will be serving up 600 pounds of polenta at the chapel from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 1.
