Simone Smith, the owner of the Educated Gardener nursery in Santa Margarita (22210 El Camino, 438-4250), has helped launch a new Western gardening section in the latest issue of the popular Cowboys and Indians magazine. Get down and enjoy the benefits of yoga for teens at Central Coast Yoga in Arroyo Grande. The week-long yoga workshops are aimed at girls between 10 and 16 years old with a focus on developing good body image and healthy self-esteem.
