It may be summer, but it's never a bad time to check out some intricately designed handmade quilts.

Stop by the Seven Sisters Quilt Show on June 24 and 25 to get a peek at more than 300 quilts on display.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Alex Madonna Expo Center in San Luis Obispo. Admission is $10, which is good for one or both days.
