When: Second and Fourth Saturday of every month, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

This breath-based movement program created by Cassandra Bodlak incorporates yoga, active and resistance stretching, and other techniques to reduce anxiety and stress and increase range of motion. This program is free for vets, their families, and anyone with PTSD.
