Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course: Free Orientation

When: Wed., Jan. 9, 6 p.m.

This MBSR course covers practical tools for managing stress and enhanced well being. Classes held every Wednesday from 6 to 8:30 p.m., Jan. 16 through Mar. 6. All day retreat takes place Feb. 24.
