PASO ROBLES BALLOON FESTIVAL will include a mass hot air balloon launch at sunrise on Saturday, a concert by Sugar Daddy Swing Kings on Friday at 6pm, food, kid-friendly attractions, hot air balloon rides, and more April 24-26.
