comment

Immersive fun: Yes, Sunset Savor the Central Coast is finally here! The four-day epicurean romp through the region encompasses a rainbow of food, wine, and lifestyle experiences Sept. 25 through 28. The main event kicks off at the Santa Margarita Ranch on Sept. 27 with celebrity chefs Fabio Viviani (who will be cooking up duck) and Tanya Holland (whipping up creole shrimp and grits). A lamb butchery demo, garden how-to area, and sips and nibbles from a vast swath of restaurants and wineries await attendees. Adventure tours tackling everything from Hearst Castle to abalone and wine blending will also unfold throughout the four days, so be sure to flip through the lineup to see if anything strikes your fancy (For all the info on tickets and events, click on over to savorcentralcoast.com).
