Four finalists of the San Francisco Stand-Up Comedy Competition will perform at the Clark Center for the Performing Arts in Arroyo Grande on Saturday, May 11, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The featured comedians are Ronn Vigh, Christina Walkinshaw, Joe Zimmerman, and "Irish Dave" Nihill, who won first place in last year's competition.

Past winners and finalists of the competition, which has been held annually since 1976, include Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Ellen DeGeneres, Rob Schneider, Dane Cook, Patton Oswalt, and Sinbad. Hundreds of comedians audition each year, but only 32 are chosen to compete.

Tickets to the Clark Center performance range from $32 to $44. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. The lobby will open at 6:30 p.m., one hour prior to showtime. Attendees are advised that the show may contain adult content.
