Cut one Peep in half.
Prepare your melting chocolate according to package directions.
Using a spoon and butter knife, coat the rice treat with your melted chocolate.
Once your Rice Krispies treat is coated with chocolate, apply half of the Peep to one side of the treat and the other half on the other side.
Decorate the exposed chocolate with sprinkles, coconut or other decorations.
Add some personality to your Peep with a pair of eyes and a nose.
Slide a popsicle stick into the bottom of your treat and you’re done!
